Missed Appointments
We ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice when you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. For extenuating circumstance, special consideration will be given. In all other cases of missed appointments, and late cancellations/rescheduling patients will be responsible for a $45 missed appointment fee.
Late Arrivals
If you’re going to be late to an appointment, please alert the office as soon as possible. We will accommodate you in special circumstances and if the practitioner’s schedule allows. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment.

We believe in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, treatment packages are available.

If you buy 3 sessions up front, save $5 off each.
If you buy 5 sessions up front, save $10 off each.
If you buy 10 sessions up front, save $15 off each.

You can pay with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Insurance
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Multiplan PPO plans at our office. Click here to learn more.
Medicare
We don’t take Medicare at this time.
